The Polaris terrace awning is a further development of Fines, with a half-cassette protecting the fabric roll as standard. When rolled up, the fabric is inside the cassette and is therefore protected from the weather. The life of the fabric is also significantly extended and the fabric stays better clean. It covers the gap between the wall and the cassette, reducing the flow of rainwater between the wall and the awning. Polaris half-cartridge awnings are always supplied with a remote-controlled electric drive. As an option, a wind sensor can be added to the electric drive, which closes the awning in case of strong wind. The maximum possible width of the awning in one part is 7 meters, but the largest extension from the wall is up to 3.6 meters. The constructions are available in two colors: light gray RAL7035 or anthracite gray metallic. The main selection of fabrics is approx. 50 fabrics, another 150 fabrics will be added to the selection for an additional fee.

Our terrace awnings have been tested according to DIN EN 13561 standards and have a wind resistance class 2, guaranteed to withstand winds up to 10.4m/s, the Finess and Polaris models with a reach of up to 3.1m even have a wind resistance class 3, guaranteed to withstand winds up to 13.5m/s!
